Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Recovery Specialist to provide professional vehicle recovery services across Dublin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for transporting broken down or immobilised vehicles to designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
About the Role
* Operate a recovery truck to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
* Assess situations on-site and decide the best method of recovery.
* Provide roadside assistance when necessary, including minor repairs or troubleshooting.
* Drive safely and adhere to all road safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Transport vehicles from one location to another using a recovery truck.
2. Conduct site assessments to determine the best recovery method.
3. Offer assistance to customers who have broken down or need help with their vehicle.
4. Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and respect.
Requirements
* C driving license and Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
* A valid first aid certificate.
* Familiarity with local roads and traffic conditions.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
