We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support the smooth running of our HR operations. This is a fully remote role (future possibility of Hybrid) based in Ireland, ideal for someone early in their HR career who is looking to grow within a collaborative and supportive team.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate HR administration, providing support across the employee lifecycle, and contributing to a positive employee experience. You will also be providing support to the large external independent contractor base.
HR Administration & Operations
* Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HRIS data
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., contracts, reference checks, exit interviews)
* Administer HR documentation including offer letters, probation reviews, and policy updates
* To coordinate and maintain records for all training
* Issue and reissue of contracts as required
* To provide first level HR support to managers, staff and contractors in a timely and professional manner
Onboarding Support
* Support new hire both staff and external contractors inductions and prepare onboarding packs
* Assist with external contractor administration and record keeping
Reporting & Compliance
* Assist in preparing monthly HR reports (e.g., headcount, leave, turnover)
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and Irish employment law in all employee data handling
* Maintain accurate records of all leave including annual leave, sick leave, and other absences
Employee Engagement & Experience
* Support wellness and employee engagement initiatives
* Help coordinate internal communications and team events (virtual and in-person when applicable)
About you:
Qualifications & Experience
* 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role (in-house or agency)
* Familiarity with HR systems and tools is desirable
* Strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection
* CIPD qualification (in progress or completed) is desirable
Skills & Attributes
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities with a proactive approach
* Confidential and trustworthy with good listening skills
