This hands-on role supports the Director of Finance and oversees reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a finance team (approx. 5 staff). Oversee income audit, AP, payroll, billing, and AR. Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis. Manage cashflow, banking, and VAT compliance. Support year-end accounts and budget planning. Present financial updates to senior management. Ideal Candidate ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 3+ years PQE in hospitality. Experience as Assistant FC or FC in a luxury hotel/resort. Strong analytical, commercial, and Excel skills. Proven leadership and communication abilities.
