Adams Donnelly Solicitors are recruiting a solicitor to work in its Kinsale office. The role involves acting for both purchasers and vendors in all areas of residential conveyancing, including re-mortgaging residential property, probate applications, and will drafting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Residential conveyancing - working with clients on purchasing or selling homes.
* Probate and estate administration – managing the legal process after someone’s death.
* Re-mortgaging properties - updating mortgages on existing homes.
The ideal candidate is organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent computer skills are necessary along with familiarity with case management systems. You should also be able to report effectively on the status of cases under pressure while prioritizing tasks consistently meeting deadlines.
