Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our premises.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Promotions: Run in-house promotions and events to engage customers and drive sales.
* Premises Maintenance: Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the premises, including waste management and general upkeep.
Requirements:
* Customer Service Skills: A natural flair for customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Numeracy Skills: Basic numeracy skills to manage cash transactions accurately.
* Flexibility: Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
Working Hours:
The standard working week for this role is 3 nights (24 hours per week), from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, including weekend shifts.
