The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's sales strategy, building relationships with architects, contractors, and developers, and driving business growth across Northern Ireland and beyond.

The Role Take ownership of the company's sales function, leading strategy development and execution to meet ambitious growth targets.
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers including architects, main contractors, and private clients.
Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to contract negotiation and award.
Liaise closely with internal design, estimating, and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and strategy.
Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.
The Ideal Candidate Proven track record in sales or business development within the construction, joinery, or interiors sector.
Strong technical understanding of bespoke joinery processes and products.
Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Commercially driven with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Confident working independently while collaborating with internal teams.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Full UK driving licence essential.
