Occupational Health Nurse - Clinical Assessment Expert


This role is ideal for a skilled and professional nurse to join a well-established service delivering high-quality clinical assessments, immunisation programmes, health surveillance, and evidence-based guidance to support safe recruitment and workforce wellbeing.




About the Role



We are seeking an experienced and autonomous general nurse to play a key role in delivering expert clinical assessment services. The successful candidate will be responsible for:



* Providing comprehensive pre-employment screening with occupational health needs assessment

* Assessing the fitness of employees returning to work following sickness absence and developing rehabilitation programmes

* Carrying out occupational health screening following short- and long-term absence referrals

* Maintaining employee health records and statistics, developing emergency procedures, administering vaccinations as required, referring complex cases to occupational health doctors when necessary,






Skill Requirements & Qualifications:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration
