Electrical Supervisor
The ideal candidate will oversee electrical installation activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution of works. They will manage teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Report directly to the Construction Manager and/or Project Manager.
* Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring all works are delivered safely and efficiently.
* Enforce strict compliance with site Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
* Oversee the performance of direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring correct material allocation and work sequencing.
Additionally, the candidate will conduct daily reporting, progress tracking, and workforce coordination, manage and support subcontractor activities to maintain schedule and quality targets, perform post-construction surveys, and assist in preparing accurate As-Built documentation.
A strong background in an electrical trade, at least 35 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, knowledge of large-scale construction environments, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required for this position. Experience with Revit is an advantage.
