Job Title
The HR Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the effective day-to-day running of HR services and delivery of the People Strategy. This position combines hands-on operational oversight with strategic input, ensuring HR action plans, service excellence and compliance standards are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Leadership & Compliance: Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR function, ensuring efficiency, consistency and service quality.
* Data, Analytics & Action Planning: Lead on HR data and analytics, providing accurate reporting and insights to senior leadership.
* People Strategy & Planning: Support the translation of strategic goals into operational priorities for the HR function.
* Team Leadership & Collaboration: Line manage HR Business Partners and L&D Managers, ensuring clarity of objectives and accountability.
* Customer Service & Business Partnering: Champion a responsive, professional and solution-focused HR service for managers and employees.
