Job descriptionAs a result of the continued growth at Atlantic Dental care we are delighted to be opening a new position for a dental nurse to join our growing team. Our dental team members will be trained in both the clinical and non-clinal aspects of providing dental services to patients.Clinical dutiesChairside support to the Dental team,Application of cross infection and decontamination controlsSurgery set up for patientsThe management of patient lab work, etc.Non-clinical dutiesManagement of inbound and outbound callsMeet and greet patientsResponding to patient email enquiriesScheduling and management of patient bookingsScanning filing and maintaining records and general reception and ad-hoc duties as required.We believe that the combination of clinical and non-clinical duties leads to a varied, fast paced but fun environment for our team where no two days are the sameOur Ideal CandidateA strong understanding of confidentiality and discretionExperience in a clinical environment preferable .Customer Service Experience, preferably in a front facing customer roleAbility to prioritise and multitaskTime management, punctuality and flexibilityFluency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills1-2 years previous experience in front of house/scheduling/customer service/customer facing rolesExperience with Dentally software preferred, but not essential, training can and will be provided.Role includes clinical & administrative training and duties.Ability to use initiative and take ownership of tasks to be completedKind, caring and self motivatedPerks of the jobMonday-Friday hoursWarm and supportive team environmentAccessible by S2 bus routeOpportunities for professional development and trainingModern clinic equipped with the latest digital technologyEmployee kitchen with water, coffee, tea, fruit/treatsEmployee discounts on all dental workWork authorisation:Ireland (required)If this role is of interest to you, we would love to hear from you.
