Are you passionate about improving workplace safety?

dulann is seeking a
Customer Success Manager / Health & Safety Systems Lead
to help our clients succeed in implementing and optimising digital EHSQ compliance systems. This hybrid role is perfect for an experienced
Health & Safety Professional
who understands systems-based compliance, and wants to take the next step into a
technology-driven leadership
position. Ideally you will currently be working as an
EHSQ Advisor/Administrator/Manager/Systems Lead
, and ideally you will hold a qualification similar to one of the following:

* An International Diploma for Occupational Health & Safety Management Professionals from organisations similar to NEBOSH,
* A Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Occupational Safety and Health from organisations similar to the Atlantic Technological University,
* A Higher Diploma in Safety, Health and Welfare at Work from organisations such as UL or UCC,A Higher Diploma in Safety, Health and Wellbeing at Work through organisations such as the Centre for Safety and Health at Work in University College Dublin.

The successful candidate will work closely with some of the world's leading organisations to guide them through their digital transformation journey — ensuring compliance with international standards and maximising the value they get from dulann's market leading EHSQ software platform.

dulann is debt free, investor free, and profitable, with a core team of 16 professionals. We are now seeking a dynamic, customer-focused individual who can combine technical know-how, health & safety expertise, and strategic insight to help our clients achieve lasting success.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary contact for customer success, ensuring clients achieve their compliance and EHSQ objectives through dulann's digital systems.
* Lead client implementations of health & safety and compliance platforms, ensuring alignment with international standards such as ISO 45001.
* Advise clients on EHS best practices, digital workflows, and system optimisation.
* Partner with our Development, Onboarding, eLearning and Support teams to enhance platform functionality based on client feedback and regulatory needs.
* Deliver client onboarding, training, and ongoing support, building strong, trusted relationships.
* Use client insights and data to drive continuous improvement across customer success and product adoption.
* Contribute to renewals, growth, and retention, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
* Stay up to date on emerging trends in safety, sustainability, and compliance technologies.

Ideal Candidate

* 3+ years' experience in Health & Safety, EHSQ Admin/Management, or Compliance Systems.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, OSHA, or EU Health & Safety frameworks.
* Experience with digital safety or compliance software (implementation, management, or client-side usage) would certainly be an advantage.
* Excellent communication, training, and relationship management skills.
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable in a hybrid working environment.
* Fluency in English. We are also willing to consider a Spanish speaking candidate that wishes to be based at the Malaga office, however they must have excellent English.
* We are also of course willing to consider any candidate currently working in a similar role Customer Success role and wishes to improve their career with dulann.
