Regional Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving regional growth by managing and developing a high-performing team of Business Development Managers.

* You will act as a trusted advisor to Field Sales Representatives, supporting them in closing deals and overcoming challenges.
* You will represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and customer meetings to boost brand visibility.

* You should have proven experience in a leadership role within sales, preferably in the fintech, payments, or technology sectors.
* You should have a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with hands-on experience in field sales.
* You should have exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* You should have a strategic mindset with a results-driven approach and attention to detail.
* You should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* You should have experience in the payment industry.
* You should be fluent in English.
