Senior Software Engineer In Test – 9 Month Contract, Hybrid, South Dublin
What’s Involved
* Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools using Java and related technologies.
* Plan and execute comprehensive test strategies, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
* Collaborate with developers, analysts, and DevOps engineers to ensure early detection and resolution of defects.
* Lead quality assurance activities throughout the SDLC, from requirements analysis to release validation.
* Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster delivery cycles.
What’s Needed
* 7+ years’ experience in software testing, including test automation and quality assurance for complex systems.
* Strong programming skills in Java, with hands‑on experience in automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
* Proven understanding of SDLC, Agile and DevOps methodologies, and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven).
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for quality.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
