We are searching for a Sales and Logistics Coordinator to joinour client, a service manufacturer based in Co. Cavan. Working with internalteams, logistics partners and customers, you will oversee daily salesadministration and logistics coordination while delivering prompt, reliablecustomer support to ensure efficient order processing and on‑time deliveries.
What You'll Do:Process and manage sales orders, coordinating with the production scheduler to confirm manufacturing and delivery timelines.Prepare and maintain all required documentation, including customs forms (EUR1, ATR), certificates of origin, testing plans, and supporting paperwork.Create bills of materials and documentation for product assemblies.Purchase materials required for customer orders.Compile shipping lists and work closely with production teams to plan and coordinate shipment schedules.Organise and book all outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping requirements.Provide daily customer support, addressing queries promptly and resolving any delivery or logistics‑related issues.Maintain accurate records, data, and logs, producing reports for management as needed.Requirements
What You'll Need: Minimum three years' experience in a sales admin, customer service, or supply chain role within the manufacturing industry.
