Office Administrator required:
Duties will include:
* Handling email and phone inquiries
* Making Daily sales calls to new and existing customers.
* Taking messages and redirecting calls as required.
* Assisting colleagues whenever possible.
* Reconciling accounts.
* Being familiar with Procure wizard is an advantage.
* General day to day running of an office.
* Fluent English is essential.
* Knowledge of Word Programs essential.
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory systems, data entry)
* Good attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a warehouse environment
* Reliable, punctual, and proactive
* Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential
* 3 day week from 7.30am-4.30 daily Monday/Thursday/Friday

Pay: €27,000.00-€41,831.31 per year
