We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee our multi-outlet operations in Co Clare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, developing and implementing effective strategies to drive business growth, and fostering a culture of excellence among our staff.
* Oversee the day-to-day running of our outlets and cafes, ensuring exceptional customer service and high standards of quality control.
* Develop and implement annual budgets for each operation, working closely with our directors, executive chef, and unit managers to achieve targets.
* Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a safe and healthy working environment.
* Lead the development of a sustainability program, aligning with our organization's goals and values.
* Collaborate with unit managers to maintain excellent customer service and health and safety standards across the company.
* Recruit and train staff to meet the evolving needs of our business.
* Work closely with our executive head chef to ensure all units operate efficiently.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a senior manager in a food and beverage background, preferably in a hotel or retail environment.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a large workforce.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and approachable personality.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
