We are seeking an experienced individual to fill the position of Person in Charge, who will play a vital role in supporting the Centre on a full-time contract.
This role requires strong organizational and management skills, as well as the ability to manage a team in a social or healthcare setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of duties within the Centre, ensuring that services meet the highest possible quality and safety standards.
You will be expected to manage the staff team, provide mentorship and leadership daily, and coordinate input from other departments as required.

Requirements:
* Level 7/8 Degree in a Health or Social related qualification (or suitable equivalent)
* Full Clean Driver's license
* Minimum 3 years managerial experience in a similar health or social care setting
* Strong leadership skills
* Problem-solving skills and judgment
