This role requires Monday to Friday availability.

Responsibilities
* Answer all calls in a timely and friendly manner
* Transfer all calls as appropriate
* Provide our guests with details of hotel and local amenities and attractions
* Work as part of, and support, the Reception Team
* Follow the day-to-day procedures of guest
* Dealing with and resolving guest queries
Skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
* Fluent level of both written and spoken English
* Excellent telephone manner
