Retail Department Manager – Fashion
Our client, a leading multinational retail chain known for their premium quality in Fashion, Home & Grocery is seeking to recruit an experienced Fashion Department Manager for their store in Dundrum, South Dublin. Due to company restructure, and with the focus on people, this role is suited to a retail leader from high volume fashion retail with strong experience in people development, mentoring, motivating and succession planning.

Skills and Requirements for this job include the following:
15. 3 years + in high volume fashion management as a Department Manager, Assistant Manager or Store Manager.
16. Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
18. Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret sales data and drive performance.
19. Ability to work effectively across departments such as Fashion, Home, and Food.
20. Strong organisational and time management skills.
