What the day will look like
In this key role your responsibilities will include:
Drive market growth by finding opportunities, innovating solutions, and strengthening Aon's leadership in Construction risk.
Develop and complete the UK Construction strategy, ensuring alignment with Aon's commercial objectives and Aon United principles.
Build and nurture key client relationships, overseeing major accounts and delivering integrated, client‑centric solutions.
Lead collaboration across broking, consulting, claims, sales, and global Construction teams to bring best‑in‑class expertise to clients.
Oversee performance and analytics, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and data‑driven decision‑making across Commercial Risk.
