The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a global financial services organisation undergoing a major transformation of its digital product ecosystem. Our client operates in a complex, high-stakes environment where the products you design support treasury operations, trade processing, and collateral management for institutional clients worldwide. You’ll join a global design group working across multiple enterprise platforms as part of a large programme to unify branding, interaction patterns, and user journeys across the organisation’s product suite.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be embedded in cross-functional product teams, partnering with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across multiple regions to:
Lead and deliver end-to-end UX work, from research and discovery through to high-fidelity prototypes
Map complex user journeys across treasury, trade, and collateral workflows
Translate business and regulatory requirements into intuitive interaction patterns
Contribute to and evolve a shared design system across multiple enterprise applications
Advocate for design decisions with data, insight, and clear rationale
Help bring consistency to a product landscape that is being actively consolidated and modernised
Depending on experience, you may also:
Lead research initiatives and mentor more junior designers
Shape design strategy within a core product stream that is seeing significant investment
Key Platforms You’ll Work On
You’ll help design experiences across a suite of enterprise products, including:
Treasury Platform – a flagship, client-facing system handling high-value payments
Collateral Platform – supporting complex asset and risk management workflows
Trade Operations Hub – a growing product covering trade affirmation and settlement processes
These are not greenfield consumer apps—they are dense, data-heavy tools where great UX has measurable business impact.
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in designers who enjoy solving complex problems and can bring structure to ambiguity.
You’ll likely have:
3–5+ years’ experience in UX or product design, ideally within complex or enterprise environments
A portfolio showing your thinking—from research and journey mapping to wireframes and prototypes
Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, and information architecture
Experience working with or contributing to design systems
Confidence collaborating with engineers and explaining design trade-offs
Nice to Have
Experience working on financial, trading, or other data-intensive platforms
Hands‑on user research experience (interviews, testing, analytics)
Experience operating within global or distributed teams
