EHS Senior Manager | Cork | Global Medical Device Leader
I am currently partnering with a leading global medical device company to recruit an EH&S Senior Manager for their site in Cork, a highly advanced facility specialising in innovative 3D printing and next-generation manufacturing technologies.
This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility across the entire site, working closely with Advanced Operations, Engineering and R&D to ensure world-class environmental, health and safety performance while supporting the introduction of innovative technologies and processes.
The successful leader will drive the site EHS strategy, champion a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with senior leadership to continuously enhance safety and environmental performance in a fast-evolving manufacturing environment.
Key highlights of the role:
Lead and evolve the site EHS management system
Partner with leadership on strategic safety initiatives
Support the introduction of advanced manufacturing technologies
Drive risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement
Lead incident investigations, audits, and emergency response programmes
Manage EHS projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
What we are looking for:
✔ Degree in EHS, Engineering or Science (Level 8+)
✔ 6+ years’ manufacturing experience in a regulated industry
✔ 3+ years leadership experience
✔ Strong experience with EHS management systems and regulatory compliance
✔ Ability to influence stakeholders and lead safety culture at scale
