The Opportunity
As
Fund Accounting Supervisor
, you'll play a key role in the production, review and delivery of accurate and timely NAVs across a portfolio of Alternative Investment Funds. You'll oversee daily fund accounting operations, provide review and quality control over deliverables, and act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fund accounting professional ready to step into a leadership role with exposure to complex structures, private market funds and an ambitious, growing team.
Key Responsibilities
 * Review and sign off on daily/weekly/monthly NAVs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to control frameworks.
 * Oversee calculations for fund fees, capital activity, expenses, and income.
 * Review and maintain accounting records, general ledgers and trial balances.
 * Act as a primary point of contact for client queries related to NAV production.
 * Support new fund launches, ensuring operational readiness and smooth onboarding.
 * Develop strong relationships across internal teams, clients, and third-party service providers.
 * Supervise, train, and mentor analysts, providing regular feedback and coaching.
 * Contribute to departmental projects, process improvements and best-practice initiatives.
About You
 * 4+ years' experience in fund accounting or fund operations, ideally within Alternative Funds.
 * Exposure to private markets or closed-ended fund structures is an advantage.
 * Understanding of partnership structures, fee agreements and performance fee methodologies.
 * Strong analytical and accounting skills, including trial balance review and reconciliation.
 * Third-level qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.
 * ACCA qualification (or progression towards it) desirable but not essential.
 * Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
 * A team-oriented mindset with energy, accountability and a proactive approach.
