Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales, Google Customer Solutions, Poland (English, Polish)
Google is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its Google Customer Solutions sales team in Poland.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience in sales, media sales, account management, marketing or consulting.
* Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to support client relationships in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
* Experience assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged promoting.
* Knowledge of online marketing strategy.
* Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context in Poland, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
* Ability to lead and execute tasks within the digital marketing space.
* Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

* Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
* Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
* Establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted partner to optimize and expand their advertising investment.
