Overview
Hospitality GTM Manager - Enterprise Verticals at Elavon Europe. The role focuses on managing all GTM activity for Elavon’s European Hospitality vertical, aligning objectives with European and segment priorities and the annual financial plan. This position is an individual contributor role within a fast GTM team, requiring strong business acumen and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across the organization. The role involves planning, driving commercial outcomes, and supporting European enterprise vertical leads in revenue delivery.
The Enterprise Go to Market (GTM) Manager will work closely with the revenue vertical lead to define the annual plan for the Hospitality vertical, capture risks and opportunities, and oversee successful delivery against the plan. This position requires travel as required and a 3-day-per-week presence at one of Elavon’s European sites.
Responsibilities
* Planning: Consolidate needs, requests, strategic priorities and opportunities for the hospitality vertical into a short/medium/long term roadmap. Backed by insight from internal and external sources.
* Insight: Conduct customer/partner (external) and sales/RM (internal) engagement to drive Voice Of Customer (VOC) and explain outcomes to key stakeholders.
* Execution: Develop an end-to-end GTM plan and roadmap, including all needs and opportunities captured from cross-functional stakeholders and informed by actionable market insight. Deliverables to include:
o Development of new propositions (sub-verticals) and enhancements to existing propositions in Hospitality
o Product releases/updates and all collateral/content needed to bring propositions and key messages to the external market
o Events plan for the vertical, including networking, sponsorship, hospitality, and Elavon-owned events (in collaboration with central Marketing)
o Clear commercial benefit expectations and KPIs assigned

* Assess, challenge and question core stakeholders across Sales Enablement, Revenue and Product teams to ensure commercial performance. Influence corrective actions if performance is not on track; maintain continuous engagement with customer/partner inputs in planning and decision making.
* Partner with Sales Enablement to measure sales performance KPIs (revenue and product mix) and use insights to develop GTM plans.
* Collaborate with Product (vertical level) and strategic project delivery groups to understand pipelines, timelines and plan all GTM activities to deliver the business case for the hospitality vertical.
* Own customer/partner engagement plan, external marketing assets, internal sales enablement assets, and planning of local events.
