Cardiac Physiologist Role
We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Physiologist to perform and interpret various cardiac tests, including ECGs, stress tests, Holter monitoring, and echocardiography.
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform and interpret ECGs, stress tests, Holter monitoring, and other cardiac tests to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment
* Maintain accurate records of test results and ensure secure storage of reports
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cardiology and promote awareness among colleagues
* Contribute to patient care, preparation, and reassurance through effective communication and empathy
* Assist in developing and implementing policies and guidelines related to cardiac testing and treatment
Requirements:
* A recognized qualification in medical physics and physiological measurement or equivalent
* Demonstrated experience as a Basic Grade Cardiac Technician with a minimum of three years' service
* Skill in echocardiography and/or cardiac catheterization with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
