Key Hotel Operations Manager
We have a wonderful opportunity to enhance the guest experience at this popular city-centre property. The hotel is seeking a commercially-minded, rate-savvy Front of House Manager to lead the FOH team (Reception, Accommodation and Porters) in delivering exceptional service while ensuring optimal room rates.
The ideal candidate will be a senior Front Office / FOH Manager with at least two years' experience of managing an entire FOH team at a quality hotel property. A strong understanding of sound revenue management practices is highly beneficial.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading a high-performing FOH team to deliver superior guest experiences
