Job Description:
* We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers.
* You will be working with family members who need support with daily living tasks, mobility issues or physical disabilities.
* This is a rewarding role that requires empathy, understanding and strong communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Full Clean Driving Licence is required for this role.
* You must be reliable and trustworthy, with a kind and caring nature.
* Calm, polite and professional manner at all times is essential.
* Excellent communication and people skills are necessary to work effectively with clients and their families.
Benefits:
* Holiday Entitlement: 8% of hours worked, subject to a maximum of four weeks per annum.
* Mileage/Travel Time: 30c per kilometre + fortnightly travel payment.
* Hourly Rate: €14.70.
