The Enterprise Go to Market (GTM) Manager will manage all GTM activity for Elavon’s European Hospitality vertical. Working closely with the revenue vertical lead, they will align objectives to European and segment priorities and the annual financial plan. The GTM Manager defines the annual plan for the Hospitality vertical, captures known and new risks and opportunities, and acts as commercial director to oversee delivery against plan.
This is an individual contributor role within a fast, close GTM team. The role holder will engage with senior stakeholders across the Elavon business and champion initiatives at European and segment levels. The position requires strong business acumen, interpersonal skills and tenacity. The role involves travel and a partial site presence in Europe.
Key Accountabilities
Planning: Consolidate needs, requests, strategic priorities and opportunities for the hospitality vertical into a short/medium/long-term roadmap. All plans must be backed by insights from internal and external sources.
Insight: Conduct external (customer/partner) and internal (sales/RM) engagement to drive Voice Of Customer (VOC) for the vertical and ensure outcomes are explained to key stakeholders in advance.
Execution: Develop an end-to-end GTM plan and roadmap that covers cross-functional needs and opportunities, underpinned by actionable market insight. Plan to include:
* Development of new propositions (sub-verticals) and enhancements to existing propositions in Hospitality
* Product releases/updates and all collateral to communicate propositions and key messages to the market
* Events plan for the vertical, including networking, sponsorships, hospitality and Elavon-owned events (with central Marketing)
* Plans and deliverables with clear commercial benefits and KPIs
* Product releases/updates and collateral to bring propositions and key messages to the external market
The GTM Manager will assess, challenge, raise concerns, and engage with stakeholders across Sales Enablement, Revenue and Product to ensure commercial performance. If necessary, they will influence actions to remediate and explore alternative revenue sources. They will maintain continuous engagement, consolidating input from customer-facing functions in planning and transformational decision-making. (External inputs to planning).
Be a key business partner to the Sales Enablement team and to Product, understanding pipelines, timelines and GTM activity to deliver the business case for the hospitality vertical. Design and implement GTM plans using external and internal data to address in-year revenue, risks and opportunities at country, vertical, channel and product levels. Own all aspects of customer/partner engagement, including external marketing assets and internal sales enablement assets, and planning of local events.
