Technical ArchitectJob BriefWe are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our team. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in business analysis, data-driven decision-making, and software implementation. This role will play a key part in definingbusiness requirements, optimising processes, and supporting the deployment ofsoftware solutions. Experience with Intercom and Gainsight is preferred.Job DutiesThe Technical Architect will be responsible for conducting in-depth business analysisacross the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, data analysis,testing, and implementation. The role requires the ability to translate complexbusiness needs into actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teamsto drive continuous improvements.Responsibilities● Define configuration specifications and link to customer requirements.● Conduct quality assurance and ensure best practices are followed.● Define, document and the build of reporting and alerting requirements.● Design, document, and maintain system processes and business workflows.● Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, issue detection,and enhanced customer value.● Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques, providingongoing reports and recommendations.● Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics,and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.● Set up data integrations from disparate sources.● Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.● Work with senior management and project leads to prioritize business andinformation needs.● Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.● Utilise Intercom, Gainsight and additional tech stacks to optimize customerengagement and product adoption.Requirements● Proven experience as a Technical Architect, preferably in a senior capacity.● Technical expertise in data models, database design, data mining, andsegmentation techniques.● Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting tools (e.g., BusinessObjects), databases (SQL), and programming languages (XML, JavaScript,JSON, or ETL frameworks).● Familiarity with Intercom, Gainsight, Salesforce and Gong is highly preferred.● Proficiency in statistical tools for data analysis (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention todetail.● Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights andreports.● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teamsand present findings effectively.● Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science,Information Management, or Statistics.● Fluency in English.Job Type: PermanentJob Type: Full-timePay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearBenefits:Work from homeEducation:Bachelor's (required)Experience:Data analysis skills: 2 years (required)Language:English Fluently (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: Remote
