Help us lead the future of commercial aircraft modifications within the Boeing EASA Modifications team. We are seeking a multi-skilled Training Coordinator to support the EASA modifications team by administering and managing training across our global sites. The position will be based either in Dublin (Ireland) or Frimley (UK), with a hybrid working model typically involving 2-3 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and organize internal and external training media and courses.
* Create and maintain a staff training register.
* Organize and support training events.
* Establish and administer training for new starters.
* Attend training-related meetings and record minutes.
* Identify new internal and external training opportunities.
* Maintain and organize a training event calendar.
* Coordinate training across departments within Boeing.
* Serve as the EASA team point of contact for training meetings and activities.
Skills and Experience
* Strong organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
* High attention to detail and professional integrity.
* Ability to prioritize workloads and adapt to changing demands.
* Experience in a training environment.
* Experience in the aviation industry is advantageous.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in an engineering discipline.

Work Authorization
This position is for a locally hired employee in the UK or Ireland. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work in the UK or Ireland.
