Regional Sales Manager
Location: Republic of Ireland (Counties Cork, Kerry, Clare, Limerick, Tipperary, Waterford, Wexford, Kilkenny, Offaly)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for developing sales and growing brand awareness of our products across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
* Maintain accurate records of sales, pricing, and activity using Microsoft Office, CRM, and other systems.
* Build and nurture relationships with targeted customers to drive loyalty and brand engagement.
* Develop and manage an efficient sales call cycle across the region.
* Ensure all displays are maintained to the highest standards in line with brand guidelines.
* Regularly review and adapt trading strategy to optimise market penetration.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
* Conduct effective sales presentations and proposals.
* Grow and maintain accounts through value-driven solutions and sales strategies.
* Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts and reports.
* Attend quarterly sales meetings and contribute to regional planning.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
* Manage territory expenses within budget.
