Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Project Management or a related field.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn.
Adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of multiple semiconductor new product development projects.
Support the team in tracking project progress, updating timelines, and maintaining documentation.
Attend and partake in project meetings, take minutes, and prepare summaries for distribution to stakeholders.
Help monitor project budgets and resources, financial reporting of any discrepancies or issues.
Contribute to risk identification and mitigation activities under supervision.
Participate in stakeholder communications and help draft project updates.
Undertake research and analysis to support project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Project Manager team.
