Job Description
Our chefs play a vital role in delivering high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations. We are currently recruiting for three key positions:
* Pastry Chef: This individual will be responsible for preparing and executing high-quality desserts, breads, pastries, and baked goods. They will also develop creative seasonal dessert menus in collaboration with the Head Chef.
* Chef de Partie: As a member of our kitchen team, this chef will manage their designated section with efficiency and consistency, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards.
* Commis Chef: In this entry-level position, the successful candidate will support senior chefs in daily food preparation, maintain a clean and organized work area, and learn from our experienced team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in these roles, you will need:
* Previous experience in a pastry or similar role (restaurant or hotel)
* Strong creativity, attention to detail, and passion for Irish ingredients
* Ability to work independently while contributing to the wider kitchen team
* Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to excellence
* Some previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential for Commis Chef
