Clinical Nurse/Midwife Manager 2neonatal unit Full-time Permanent Post The post holder will have a pivotal role in the development, co-ordination and management of activity and resources within the Neonatal Unit.
The successful candidate will: Be a registered Nurse/Midwife with 5 years post-qualification relevant experience.
Lead in developing and mentoring staff working within the Neonatal Unit Be highly organised and motivated with excellent communication skills and a proven background of planning and prioritisation.
