Account Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring outstanding customer balances to support healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and monitor outstanding customer balances.
* Process and reconcile customer invoices, payments and credit notes.
* Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and agree payment plans where required.
Maintaining accurate records is crucial in this position, as well as ensuring compliance with internal credit policies. You will also work closely with the wider finance team to support month-end processes.


* Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control is essential.* Good understanding of debt management principles.* Strong communication skills are necessary for building positive working relationships with customers while maintaining professional boundaries.* Analytical skills enable you to resolve billing queries efficiently*
