Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day management of food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and upholding high standards at all times.
* Support and motivate F&B teams to maintain high levels of performance and morale.
* Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
* Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports.
* Liaise with the kitchen and events teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Handle guest queries and feedback promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a luxury hotel or similar environment.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
* Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Relevant hospitality or management qualification is an advantage.
