Salary: €30,000 OTE €45,000-€50,000 + 36 days annual leave + bonus scheme + healthcare

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is expanding its Cork team and seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage client relationships, deliver recruitment solutions, and drive business growth across a diverse portfolio of industries.

About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your client base, developing strong partnerships, understanding business needs, and connecting top talent with leading employers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
2. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
3. Conducting site visits and identifying new business opportunities
4. Supporting proposal and tender submissions
5. Maintaining accurate and compliant CRM records
This is a 360° recruitment role, requiring both client development and candidate management expertise.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
6. Minimum 1 year of recruitment consultancy experience or 2+ years in direct B2B sales
7. Proven track record in achieving targets and building relationships
8. Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
10. Full clean driving licence or access to transport
Desirable:
11. Experience using CRM or applicant tracking systems
12. NRF/ERF or REC certification
