Project Leadership Opportunity
This strategic leadership role encompasses overseeing project management for an innovative enterprise focused on sustainability. Key responsibilities include spearheading the Project Management Office (PMO) function, guiding project lifecycles, developing long-term strategies, and optimizing resources.
Main Responsibilities:
* Establish and direct the PMO function to ensure efficient project delivery.
* Oversee project lifecycles, risk management, and resource allocation to guarantee timely completion.
* Develop and manage long-term programs, budgeting, expenditure monitoring, and integrated resource planning.
* Act as the primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders for effective communication and governance.
* Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing PMO team to drive business success.
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project delivery and provide regular reports to senior executives and governing bodies.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
* Professional certification (e.g., PMP, MSP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
* Minimum 10+ years in project and programme management within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
