The Metropole Hotel is now seeking a dynamic and motivated Conference and Events Sales Manager to help us elevate our offering even further.

What You Will Do Coordinate and manage a diverse range of events including weddings, conferences and corporate functions.
Ensure outstanding guest experiences and excellent event execution from initial enquiry to final delivery.
Collaborate with the Central Sales and Marketing Team to receive valuable mentoring and support.
Prepare monthly pace reports and provide updates on weddings, conferences and event segments.
Contribute new ideas and support continuous improvement across the department.
Work closely with a passionate team committed to excellence in hospitality.
What We Are Looking For A strong passion for hospitality and events.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear and confident communication skills.
Previous experience in sales, events or hospitality is an advantage.
A proactive and innovative approach to work.
Core Responsibilities Manage all event enquiries and coordinate weddings, meetings and conferences.
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent event delivery.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance updates.
Generate new business leads and support sales growth.
Ensure accurate event documentation and maintain PMS and CRM profiles.
Collaborate with Operations, Sales and the Head Chef to deliver high-quality events.
Represent the hotel at showcases, exhibitions and client meetings.
