Pay: €70K - 90K, depending on level of experience and negotiable for the right candidate.
Experience: 5+ years
Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required
Our client is a leading Irish Cost Management & Project Management Consultancy, looking for suitable candidates with PQS Consultancy experience for positions with a choice of Dublin or Waterford offices.
Responsibilities
1. Preparation of Development Budgets and Feasibility Appraisals
2. Implementation of Value Engineering
3. Preparation of tender documentation including Bills of Quantities
4. Analysis of tender returns
5. Operation of company Cost Management System
6. Compliance with Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems
7. Preparing Payment Recommendations
8. Agreement of Compensation Costs
9. Managing support staff
Requirements
1. Chartered or working towards chartership, with a B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying
2. Familiarity working with the Irish construction industry, RIAI and PWCs.
3. Ability to work proactively within project teams
4. Commercially focused
Package
€70k-90k and negotiable dependent on experience. Full-time permanent staff role with great career prospects. Choice of office locations, Dublin or Waterford.
