As part of the Professional Services team, you'll work directly with institutional clients to define business requirements, improve workflows, and ensure successful deployments across portfolio management, risk, and compliance domains. Key Responsibilities: Lead client discovery workshops and document business requirements Analyse existing workflows and recommend improvements Collaborate with data integration teams to validate data accuracy Support UAT, training, and go-live activities Act as a liaison between business users and technical delivery teams What Were Looking For: 5+ years' experience in business analysis within asset or wealth management Strong understanding of investment processes (trading, portfolio construction, risk) Hands-on experience with Portfolio Management Solutions (e.g., Aladdin, Charles River, Bloomberg, ALTO) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Background in agile delivery environments is beneficial
