Lead a team to deliver business results in terms of market share, order intake, sales, and gross margin.
Align organizational goals with business objectives and KPI requirements.
Prioritize tasks with speed and strategic thinking.
Develop Farm Technologies (FT) in IE/NI for new market entries and growth opportunities.
Oversee all business operations at FT IE/NI.
Collaborate with R&C Division Leadership and Country/Cluster Director to create an annual business plan.
Implement Sales & Service plans and allocate resources for enhanced profitability.
Manage sales and account management using CRM systems.
Ensure the optimal staffing of the FT Ireland team.
Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and dealers.
Create business opportunities through product and service value chains.
Understand customer needs and translate them into business strategies.
Report to the Country/Cluster Manager and manage business in alignment with FT Division.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commercial, Agriculture, or Business Administration
* Experience in general management with P&L responsibility
* Significant experience managing sales and service organizations
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong customer orientation
* Leadership skills to manage diverse teams
