About the Role:
Occupli are delighted to exclusively partner with a leadingFMCG multinational to recruit for a Maintenance Team Leader. This is akey leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance,and continuous improvement of all site equipment and systems.
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, theMaintenance Team Leader will play a pivotal role in managing daily maintenanceactivities, leading a high-performing team, and contributing to the overallreliability and efficiency of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
* IWS (Integrated Work Systems) Maintenance Lead: Actively coach and support teams in the implementation of IWS, driveprocess improvements, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
* Deputising for the Maintenance Manager: Assume full maintenance management responsibilities during absences,ensuring seamless operations and performance.
* Daily Team Leadership: Assist in managingand directing day-to-day activities of the maintenance team, settingpriorities, assigning tasks, and ensuring minimal disruption toproduction.
* Maintenance Execution: Oversee both plannedpreventative and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal plantperformance.
* Collaboration & Alignment: Participatein regular cross-functional meetings to align maintenance goals withbroader operational and business objectives.
Requirements
* City & Guilds qualification or equivalent(Electrical qualification strongly preferred).
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturingenvironment.
* Demonstrated leadership experience within amaintenance or engineering team.
* Strong technical background with hands-onexperience in equipment and system maintenance.
* Proven ability to lead, coach, and develophigh-performing teams.
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills,with the ability to manage shifting maintenance needs effectively.
