Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Assist in managing day-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Coordination with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and smooth project execution.
Quality Assurance: Support the implementation of quality control measures throughout all construction phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Budget and Cost Management: Assist in monitoring and managing project budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
Health & Safety Compliance: Help enforce a strong culture of health and safety on-site, adhering to all local regulations and company policies.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in construction project management or a related field, ideally with experience on construction sites.
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional language proficiency is a plus.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience managing CSA packages in fit-out projects, preferably within the data centre industry.
Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record in project management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Revit and BIM software.
Languages: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
