About the Role
This position is responsible for leading a team of senior services professionals and managing service excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecom industry with leadership track record in professional services including system integration, application development & maintenance, and IT managed services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead BOS service excellence, managing team of senior services professionals.
* Accountable for services engagement and pre-sales including target topline and profitability.
* Responsible for aligning with Solution Area on Services GTM and drive services offering build up, presales and delivery engagements for the EMEA region.
* Secure service delivery readiness through competence planning inline with business and portfolio evolution.
Requirements:
* 12+ years of experience in telecom industry with leadership track record in professional services including system integration, application development & maintenance, and IT managed services.
* Deep understanding of BOS portfolio including products and services.
* University degree in ICT/Engineering.
* A graduate degree such as an MBA is a plus.
* Strong People Manager track record leading Senior Team members and leading Leaders.
