The Social Skills Coach will work with individuals to develop their social skills and improve their quality of life. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of human behavior and a passion for supporting others.




Job Description




* To undertake Functional Assessments and develop Multi-Element Behaviour Support Plans (MEBSPs) to support individuals with their behaviour, teach new skills, and improve overall quality of life.

* To promote Positive Behaviour Support across the organization through the quality checking and improvement planning of Personal Plans.

* To oversee the implementation and monitoring of each MEBSP, assist in integrating recommendations into individual Personal Plans, provide training to front-line staff, ensure all MEBSPs are compliant with regulatory standards.

* To engage in ongoing education regarding professional accreditation, participate in peer review, contribute to service development under Positive Behaviour Support framework.
