Job Title: Admin Team Leader (Court of Protection Administration Team)
Location: Walker House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a Team Leader to join their Court of Protection Admin team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator or team leader to step into a role where you can manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and support the team on a day-to-day basis, providing coaching, guidance, and performance monitoring.
* Allocate tasks effectively and ensure workloads are balanced.
* Ensure compliance with departmental and company-wide procedures.
* Promote a culture of quality, cooperation, and cross-department collaboration.
* Support career development for team members, implementing agreed objectives.
* Lead by example to maintain high team morale and loyalty.
* Assist in recruitment, training, and staff development initiatives as required.
