Job Summary
We are seeking multiple experienced Multi-Coded Welders to work on high-value industrial and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be competent in multiple welding processes and materials, able to work from detailed fabrication drawings, and capable of producing welds to the highest quality and safety standards in accordance with international codes. The candidate will be available for work throughout Europe. Contracts will be a minimum of 55 hours per week, 6 or 8 weeks on, 1 or 2 weeks off. Transport and accommodation will be provided. Single room accommodation where available, additional 10 euro per day for sharing accommodation. Upcoming projects in Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands and Denmark. Ideally candidates will have experience in data centres, marine and oil and gas projects. Welders will be matched to their experience and process qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality coded welding using multiple processes including MIG (135/136), TIG (141), MMA/Stick (111) and, where required, Flux-Cored (138)
Weld a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, and alloy steels
Interpret and work from engineering drawings, WPS, and isometrics
Carry out welding on structural steel, pipework, pressure systems, and fabricated components
Ensure welds meet applicable standards such as ISO, ASME, EN, and AWS
Conduct visual inspections of completed welds prior to NDT
Maintain welding equipment and consumables in safe working condition
Adhere strictly to site health & safety procedures, permits, and RAMS
Work effectively as part of a fabrication or site installation team
Support testing and inspection activities including NDT (VT, MPI, UT, RT) when required
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Multi-Coded Welder on industrial or large-scale construction sites
Valid and in-date welding certifications/codes (e.g. EN ISO 9606, ASME IX)
Competence in at least two or more welding processes
Experience welding pipe (carbon & stainless) and/or structural steel
Ability to weld in multiple positions
Strong understanding of welding symbols, WPS, and quality standards
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience on data centres, power stations, oil & gas, shipyards, or waste-to-energy projects
Valid CSCS / SCC / VCA / Safe Pass or equivalent
Confined space, working at height, or hot works certification
Experience with orbital welding or specialist alloys
Basic fabrication skills (fitting, tacking, measuring)

Working Conditions
