We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The Senior Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and nurturing strong customer relationships.The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong aptitude for negotiation and problem-solving.Responsibilities:Achieve Sales TargetsDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and maximize revenue.Continuously prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through active networking and relationship building.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.Understand customers' needs and preferences to provide personalised recommendations and assistance throughout the sales process.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring effective resolution.Sales Process Management:Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of various vehicles.Negotiate pricing, financing options, and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.Market and Industry Knowledge:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of customer demands.Provide feedback and insights to the management team regarding market trends and customer preferences.Requirements:Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying and seizing sales opportunities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages teamwork and mutual support.Proven ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.In-depth knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Joining Dennehy Motor Group means becoming part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced and exciting industry.
